Foods you can eat for Whole30 include meat, seafood, eggs, vegetables, fruit, and good fats (from foods like nuts, seeds, oils, avocados, etc.). On the other hand you cannot eat dairy, grains, alcohol, legumes (beans or peanut butter), or junk food(sugar). There's one last rule that you can't step on the scale or take any body measurements for the duration of the program.
