So many people have achieved ah-mazing results with the Whole30 program. Like thousands. It will change your life and your eating habits, for real.  

Foods you can eat for Whole30 include meat, seafood, eggs, vegetables, fruit, and good fats (from foods like nuts, seeds, oils, avocados, etc.). On the other hand you cannot eat dairy, grains, alcohol, legumes (beans or peanut butter),  or junk food(sugar). There’s one last rule that you can’t step on the scale or take any body measurements for the duration of the program. 

Don’t be scared though. Though you’re very limited to what you can eat, you can create some awesome, healthy and tasty recipes like these:
