    • Yes! This is so that we twenty-somethings don’t reach the point of saying ” I wish I did this” or “I regret …” when we hit our 30s. It’s so important to get on the right track now. Thanks so much for reading!

  • Reading this.. All I can say is THIS. I recently started blogging in support of going after my dream job teaching yoga.

I can also say the importance of money management is SO crucial. I had it all down.. Then I let it get the best of me. My credit was upper 700’s by time I was 21. I have a house and a car under my name and I’m almost 23. BUT. I also opened 6 credit cards and blew my money like I had endless income at my disposal. Terrible terrible idea. My credit suffered. I have SO much debt. Now I’m getting back into the swing of things to turn it all around but it’s so much easier to dig your hole than it is to fill it back in.

    Wonderful post.

    • Love your story. I can definitely relate. There’s actually a post coming up soon about paying off debt and rebuilding your credit score. So be on the look out for that. But, yeah, those credit cards definitely did the damage for me as well. Don’t worry though, you’ll be back in a good financial state in no time!
